Return & Refund Policy

At Podpulze, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with any power strip or power socket purchased from our Shopify store, podpulze.com, please review the following guidelines regarding returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds.


Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 15 days of receiving it for a refund. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please include a note with your Order ID, full name, and the reason for the return inside the package. Alternatively, you may email us at support@podpulze.com within 15 days of receipt; in some cases, we may request proof to support your return claim.

Please note that if more than 15 days have elapsed since delivery, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. Refunds will not be issued for products that are returned in a damaged condition due to misuse, mishandling, or any other abnormal use.

Any shipping fees (international or expedited) incurred on your original order are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returning items. Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, duties, or brokerage charges incurred during the return process.

Typically, once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-12 business days. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment, minus any non-refundable shipping costs associated with the initial purchase.

If you have not received your refund within this period, please check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary.


Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that all orders are processed promptly. Once an order is placed, cancellations are not permitted after 24 hours. We advise reviewing your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team at support@podpulze.com with your Order ID. Exchanges are available only for items that are of equal or lesser value than the original purchase.

When initiating an exchange, include a note with your Order ID, full name, and details of the product you wish to exchange, including the desired replacement. Once we process your exchange request, we will reship the new product free of charge and notify you via email.

Note: If an order is not signed for within 7 days of delivery, it will be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will need to arrange re-delivery and may incur additional shipping costs.


Refund Policy

All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that there are circumstances where only a partial refund may be granted, including:

  • Items returned not in their original condition, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (including returns), and no restocking fee will be applied for returned products.

We accept shipping via methods including e-Packet, China Post, DHL, and FedEx. If you intend to use another shipping method for your return, please contact us first to confirm its acceptability.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original payment method, usually within 48 hours.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be processing delays.
  3. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@podpulze.com, and we will investigate further.
