When can I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days of order placement. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 7-15 business days, depending on carrier availability and your location. Please note that delays may occur if your shipment requires customs clearance or is subject to transportation delays.

Which countries do you ship to?

How can I change my shipping address?
Shipping address changes are allowed only on or before 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day your order is placed. To request an address change, please contact our support team at support@podpulze.com.

How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped on regular business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.
